1. Overview
QuickList AI ("the Extension", "we", "us") is a Chrome browser extension designed exclusively to help Meesho suppliers save time by capturing and autofilling product listing fields on the supplier.meesho.com portal.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Extension collects, why it is collected, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data. By installing or using QuickList AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We are committed to minimal data collection. We only collect what is strictly necessary to operate the extension's core features.
2. Data We Collect
The following table summarises all data categories and whether QuickList AI collects them:

3. How We Use Your Data
All data collected is used solely to provide the extension's core functionality:
- Account authentication — Your email and Google ID are used to verify your identity and look up your subscription status in our database.
- License validation — Your email and Meesho supplier code are compared against the list of authorised accounts linked to your pro subscription.
- Profile cloud sync — Product listing profiles (field values you save) are stored in the cloud under your email so you can access them from any device.
- Autofill — Saved profile data is injected back into Meesho listing form fields when you click "Autofill Now".
- Session persistence — Your user object (email, name, ID) is stored locally so you stay logged in between browser sessions.
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics profiling, credit scoring, or any purpose unrelated to the autofill and cataloging features described above.

Your data is stored in two places:

- All communication with our backend uses HTTPS.
- Profile data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — each user can only access their own records.
- We do not operate our own servers; data infrastructure is managed by Supabase Inc.
- OAuth tokens issued by Google are transient — they are never persisted to disk or our database.

QuickList AI interacts with the following third-party services as part of its normal operation:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. Data shared with Google and Supabase is limited strictly to what is required for authentication and cloud storage.
7. What We Do Not Collect
To be completely transparent, QuickList AI does not:
- Track your browsing history or monitor which websites you visit.
- Log your keystrokes, mouse movements, or scroll position.
- Read the general content of web pages (only specific form inputs on Meesho listing pages, and only when you activate the capture mode).
- Collect financial data, payment card details, or transaction history.
- Access your email inbox, messages, or any personal communications.
- Collect your IP address, GPS location, or any location-based data.
- Use any remote code — all JavaScript runs from the locally packaged extension files.
- Run any background analytics or telemetry.
8. Your Rights & Data Control
You have full control over your data:
- Delete your account data — Contact us at the email below and we will permanently delete all your profiles and subscription records from our database.
- Export your data — Use the built-in Export button in the extension to download all your saved profiles as a JSON file at any time.
- Sign out — Clicking "Logout" inside the extension clears your session from local storage immediately.
- Uninstall — Removing the extension from Chrome automatically clears all locally stored data. Your cloud data can be deleted upon request.
9. Children's Privacy
QuickList AI is a business productivity tool intended for Meesho registered suppliers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
Significant changes that affect how your personal data is used will be communicated via an in-extension notice.
